How long does it take to find candidates?

For common roles - developers, designers, and digital marketers - we typically deliver a shortlist within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving a clear brief. Specialized or senior roles may take 2 to 4 weeks. We agree on a timeline upfront.

What types of roles do you hire for?

We specialize in tech and digital roles: frontend, backend, and full-stack developers, mobile developers, UI/UX designers, and digital marketers. We can also assist with other technical and business roles outside our core specializations.

Do you charge a flat fee or a percentage of salary?

Our fee structure depends on the engagement type and role seniority. Contact us to discuss the right model for your hiring needs. We are transparent about pricing from the first call.

Can you hire for remote positions?

Yes. We hire for on-site, hybrid, and fully remote positions, both within Lebanon and internationally. Remote roles often expand the candidate pool significantly.

What happens if a shortlisted candidate does not work out?

We stand behind our work. If a candidate from our shortlist does not proceed past interviews or does not meet expectations in the first month, we will re-source and provide a replacement shortlist.

Do you only work with companies in Lebanon?
